Order Processing

- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Texas) will be processed the next business day.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Delivery Time: From order placement to delivery, you can expect your item within 6–9 business days, depending on your location and local carrier services.
Taxes and Customs
All orders within the United States are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that import duties and taxes are already included in your final checkout price. You won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer flat rate shipping of $6 on all orders no matter the size or weight of the package.

Defective or Damaged Items
