1. Can I add, cancel, or remove items from my order?
Orders begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@towtap.shop. While we cannot guarantee edits after an order is placed, we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $6 on all domestic orders.
3. What is the estimated delivery time?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Total Estimated delivery times is 6–9 business days Monday to Friday.
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday)
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through PayPal.
5. How do I start an exchange or return?
If something doesn’t fit your needs—whether it’s the style or something else—you’re welcome to request an exchange or return as long as:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in original, sellable condition
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- You submit your return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order
To begin the process, simply email us at info@towtap.shop with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps!
6. Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent. If it’s been longer and the tracking link still isn’t showing updates, don’t worry just email us at info@towtap.shop, and we’ll personally look into your order status right away.
